How does the return work?

Contact us: Write to us at segitunk@hobbygarden.hu and let us know you intend to return the product. Please wait for our customer service to respond.

Pack the product: Please pack the product, if possible, in its original packaging together with all its accessories.

Send the product back: The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Send the product to the following address:

Refund: After the returned product has been received and inspected, we refund the purchase price within 14 days to the bank account you provide.

The returned product must be undamaged and in unused condition.
